Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels
  • Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2-3 minutes
  • Lightly brush oil on top of chicken breasts
  • Place in air fryer basket without overlapping
  • Cook for 5 minutes
  • Flip chicken and cook 6-8 minutes more, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving

Notes

Use thick-cut chicken breasts (1-inch thickness) for best results
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or brown sugar to the seasoning
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket
Chicken can be prepped ahead and stored in fridge until cooking
