Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (65ml) Yakult
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: 0.5 oz agave syrup for added sweetness

Instructions

  • Chill glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes
  • Squeeze fresh lemon and lime juices into a shaker or glass
  • Pour in Yakult and stir briefly
  • Add ice to fill the glass
  • Top with sparkling water
  • Garnish with citrus slices or edible flowers

Notes

Adjust sweetener to taste
For non-dairy, substitute Yakult with coconut-based probiotic drink
Carbonation level can be modified by varying sparkling water proportion
