Ingredients

  • 1 glass filtered water (8–12 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • a few drops fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour filtered or room-temperature water into a glass.
  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt to the water.
  • Stir until the salt is completely dissolved and the liquid is clear.
  • Add a few drops of lemon juice or a small amount of honey if desired, then stir again.
  • Drink immediately, preferably in the morning after waking up.

Notes

Stick to 1/4 teaspoon of pink salt per glass to avoid excess sodium intake. Best consumed once daily, preferably in the morning. Optional lemon and honey improve taste but are not required. Not suitable for individuals with sodium restrictions or high blood pressure.
