Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • Spray whipped topping or fresh whipped cream (optional, for topping)
  • Strawberry slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Add the frozen strawberries, whole milk, ice cream, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and honey or sugar (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream and strawberry slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your special Valentine's treat.

Notes

Freeze the strawberries in advance to ensure a thick and icy texture without diluting the flavor with regular ice.
Substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt for a dairy-free version.
Store any unused portions in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours, though texture may change slightly upon re-blending.
