Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, pureed
  • 1/2 cup mango, pureed
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon food coloring (or natural colorants)
  • Sprinkles, for garnish (optional)
  • Candy-colored sugar crystals (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend 1 cup vanilla ice cream and 1/2 cup milk in a blender until smooth
  • Pour into a tall glass
  • Blend 1/2 cup ice cream, 1/4 cup milk, and a pinch of food coloring for the first layer
  • Carefully pour over back of spoon into glass
  • Repeat with remaining purees and colors, layering sequentially
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkles
  • Garnish with candy-colored sugar crystals if desired

Notes

Layer from lightest to darkest color for best stability
Use a narrow glass for more dramatic layering
Substitute coconut milk for dairy-free version
Add a fruit sorbet layer for extra texture
