Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices lettuce leaves
  • 1 tomato sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375–400°F for about 3–5 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.
  • Form the turkey mixture into 4 slightly thick burger patties.
  • Place the patties in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, leaving space between each burger.
  • Cook the turkey burgers for 10–15 minutes depending on thickness.
  • Flip the patties halfway through cooking to help both sides brown evenly.
  • Check that the burgers are fully cooked and lightly browned on the outside.
  • Let the burgers rest for 1–2 minutes before serving on buns with your favorite toppings.
