Ingredients

  • 2 fresh limes, juiced
  • 4 oz (120 ml) sparkling water
  • 1.5 oz (45 ml) pure honey
  • 8 large mint leaves

Instructions

  • Muddle mint leaves in a cocktail shaker until fragrant.
  • Add fresh lime juice and honey, shake to combine.
  • Top with chilled sparkling water.
  • Strain into ice-filled glasses (optional) or serve directly.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices if desired.

Notes

Use honey as a syrup-like sweetener (adjust to taste)
For a tropical twist, add 4 oz chopped fresh berries
Store unused lime juice in an airtight container overnight
