Ingredients

  • 4 large lemons, juiced and strained
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup natural sweetener (honey or agave syrup)
  • 6 cups cold sparkling water
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Juice lemons, straining to remove pulp
  • Mash berries with a fork until coarsely crushed
  • Combine lemon juice, mashed berries, and sweetener in a pitcher
  • Stir until sweetener dissolves
  • Chill for 30 minutes
  • Add sparkling water
  • Serve over ice with optional lemon slices

Notes

Use in-season berries for best flavor
Adjust sweetener to taste
Top with extra berries or mint for garnish
