Equipment

  • air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • tongs

Ingredients

  • 500 g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the steak into evenly sized cubes, about 1 to 1.5 inches.
  • Place steak pieces in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and butter or oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
  • Arrange steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
  • Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  • Optional: Toss cooked steak bites in melted garlic butter before serving. Let rest briefly and serve.

Notes

Cut steak evenly for consistent cooking. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. For extra flavor, toss cooked steak bites in garlic butter before serving. Let rest briefly to retain juices.
