Equipment

  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • glass
  • spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup cooled green tea
  • 1/2 banana (optional)
  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew 1 cup of green tea, let it steep for 2–3 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.
  • Gather raspberries, cooled green tea, banana or honey (if using), ice, and optional yogurt.
  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust by adding more banana or honey for sweetness, or more green tea if too thick.
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

Use cooled green tea to avoid thinning the smoothie. Adjust sweetness with banana or honey depending on taste. Frozen raspberries can replace ice for a thicker texture. Avoid over-blending to keep a creamy consistency. You can add protein powder or yogurt for a more filling version.
