Equipment

  • air fryer
  • tongs
  • oil spray bottle

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen potstickers
  • 1 tbsp oil spray (light coating)

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F.
  • Place frozen potstickers in the air fryer basket in a single layer without overcrowding.
  • Lightly spray the tops of the potstickers with oil.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through for even browning.
  • Check for crispiness and add 1–2 extra minutes if needed.
  • Remove from air fryer and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket to avoid steaming. Lightly spray with oil for best crispiness. Adjust cooking time based on size and brand. For extra crisp edges, add 1–2 minutes at the end. Serve with soy sauce, vinegar, or chili oil for extra flavor.
