Ingredients

  • 2 cups freshly popped popcorn (lightly salted)
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • A pinch of salt
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C)
  • Spread popcorn on a baking sheet and toast for 5 minutes
  • Let cool slightly
  • Add popcorn, ice cream, milk, butter, honey, salt, and ice cubes to a blender
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as needed
  • Serve immediately with a popcorn garnish
