Equipment

  • glass
  • kettle or saucepan to warm water
  • spoon for mixing

Ingredients

  • 1 glass warm water (8–12 oz)
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Warm the water until it is comfortable to drink, not hot.
  • Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add fresh lemon juice if using and mix well.
  • Drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use warm (not hot) water for better absorption. Stick to about 1/4 teaspoon of pink salt per serving to avoid excess sodium. Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar can be added for taste and digestive support. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Avoid overuse, especially if you have sodium-sensitive conditions.
