Ingredients

  • 1 glass warm filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt

Instructions

  • Warm the water slightly until it is comfortable to drink (not hot).
  • Add the Himalayan pink salt to the warm water.
  • Stir well until the salt is fully dissolved.

Notes
