Ingredients

  • 1 glass (8–10 oz) water
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour water into a glass. Use room temperature or slightly warm water for best results.
  • Add a small pinch of Himalayan pink salt (no more than 1/8 teaspoon).
  • Add fresh lemon juice to improve taste and support digestion.
  • Add honey if desired for a smoother flavor.
  • Stir well until all ingredients are fully dissolved.
  • Drink slowly, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use only a small pinch of salt (about 1/8 teaspoon or less) to avoid excess sodium intake. Limit use to a few times per week instead of daily. Drink in the morning on an empty stomach. Stop use if you experience bloating, headaches, or increased thirst.
