Ingredients

  • 1 glass cold water (8–12 oz)
  • 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 3–5 ice cubes
  • a few drops of lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour cold water into a glass.
  • Add a small pinch of Himalayan pink salt.
  • Add the ice cubes to the glass.
  • Stir well until the salt fully dissolves.
  • Add a few drops of lemon juice if desired.

Notes
