Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar-free pink gelatin (strawberry or similar)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or light cream

Instructions

  • Heat one cup of water until hot but not boiling.
  • Add the sugar-free gelatin powder to the hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Add one cup of cold water and mix well.
  • Slowly stir in the Greek yogurt until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Notes
