Equipment

  • small saucepan
  • mixing spoon
  • measuring cup
  • bowl or molds
  • refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 pinch pink salt

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of water into a small saucepan and warm it gently over low heat. Do not let it boil.
  • Sprinkle the gelatin powder into the warm water while stirring continuously until fully dissolved.
  • Add a pinch of pink salt and mix well until evenly combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl or molds and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Refrigerate for 45–60 minutes until fully set, then serve.

Notes

Do not boil the water, as overheating can affect the gelatin’s ability to set. Stir धीरे to avoid clumps. You can add a splash of lemon juice or herbal tea for variation. Chill for at least 45–60 minutes for best texture.
