Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/4 cup rich chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 3-4 frozen espresso cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Brew and cool espresso
  • Add all ingredients to a blender, including frozen espresso cubes if using
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy (1-2 minutes)
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately

Notes

Freeze espresso in ice cube trays for stronger flavor instead of regular ice
