Ingredients

  • 3 ripe passion fruits, split and pulped
  • 1 cup cold whole milk (240ml)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (120g)
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (sugar or condensed milk)
  • 1 splash water (to thin if needed)
  • Whipped cream and extra passion fruit pulp for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Split passion fruits and scoop pulp into a blender
  • Add milk, ice, sweetener, and water (if using)
  • Blend on high until smooth and frothy (about 30 seconds)
  • Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve if desired
  • Pour into glasses, top with passion fruit seeds and whipped cream
  • Serve immediately with a straw

Notes

Use fresh passion fruit pulp for brightest flavor
Adjust sweetener to taste (start with 1 tbsp, add more if needed)
Milk can be substituted with almond or oat milk for dairy-free version
Store in sealed container up to 1 hour, but best fresh
