Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 glass lukewarm filtered water (8–12 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • a few drops raw honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to a glass.
  • Pour 8–12 ounces of lukewarm filtered water into the glass.
  • Stir thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.
  • Add lemon juice and a few drops of honey if desired, then stir again.
  • Drink immediately in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes

Use only a small amount of salt to avoid excess sodium intake. Best consumed once daily in the morning on an empty stomach. Optional lemon adds freshness, while honey softens the taste. Not suitable for individuals on low-sodium diets or with high blood pressure.
