Ingredients

  • 1 cup premium vanilla ice cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee (or 1 tsp brewed espresso)
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • _pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  • Chill serving glass 15 minutes
  • Blend ice cream, milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth
  • Pour into prepared glass and sprinkle with cinnamon if using

Notes

Use almond milk for a lower-fat version
Top with halal-friendly chocolate sauce or whipped cream
Add ice cubes for colder temperature
