premium vanilla ice cream

unsweetened cocoa powder

instant coffee (or 1 tsp brewed espresso)

Instructions
Chill serving glass 15 minutes
Blend ice cream, milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee, and vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth
Pour into prepared glass and sprinkle with cinnamon if using
