Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Add chia seeds to water and stir well.
  • Let the chia seeds soak for 10–15 minutes until they expand and soften.
  • Stir the mixture again to prevent the chia seeds from clumping together.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and optional honey, then mix well.
  • Pour over ice and serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh mint leaves, ginger slices, or cucumber. Stir again before serving because chia seeds naturally settle at the bottom. Overnight soaking creates a softer texture. Serve chilled for the most refreshing taste.
