Equipment

  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • citrus juicer
  • serving glasses

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 banana or 1-2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup ice or frozen fruit

Instructions

  • Pour 1 cup of milk or yogurt into the blender as the base.
  • Add 2–3 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice to the blender.
  • Add a banana or honey to balance the sour flavor.
  • Add ice or frozen fruit for thickness and chill.
  • Blend for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness, then serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with banana or honey depending on your taste. Use chilled ingredients for best texture. Avoid adding too much lemon to prevent overpowering acidity. You can substitute dairy with almond or coconut milk for a lighter version.
