Equipment

  • pitcher
  • citrus juicer
  • spoon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 cups cold water
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar, honey, or agave (to taste)
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Squeeze fresh lemons to get about ½ cup of lemon juice.
  • Add the lemon juice to a pitcher with 2–3 cups of cold water.
  • Lightly crush fresh mint leaves to release their flavor.
  • Add the mint leaves to the pitcher.
  • Stir in sweetener to taste and mix well.
  • Chill the drink for 10–15 minutes before serving.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy.

Notes

Use fresh lemons for the best flavor. Lightly crush mint leaves to release aroma without making them bitter. Adjust sweetness gradually and chill before serving for optimal taste. You can blend for a stronger mint flavor or keep it light by mixing only.
