Ingredients

  • 2 fresh lemons (juiced)
  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1-2 tsp sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour fresh lemon juice into a glass or pitcher.
  • Lightly crush mint leaves to release their flavor.
