Equipment

  • kettle
  • cup
  • spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1-2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Heat water until warm but not boiling.
  • Add green tea and steep for 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag or strain the leaves.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and stir gently.
  • Add honey if desired and mix well.
  • Serve warm or let it cool and serve over ice.

Notes

Use warm (not boiling) water to avoid bitterness in green tea. Add lemon juice after brewing for the best flavor. Adjust lemon quantity to taste and add honey if you prefer a smoother sweetness.
