Ingredients

  • 1/2 lemon (sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1-2 inches fresh ginger root (peeled and sliced)
  • 4-6 cups cold filtered water

Instructions

  • Wash the lemon, cucumber, and ginger thoroughly under cold water.
  • Slice the lemon and cucumber thinly and peel and slice the ginger.
  • Add all ingredients to a large pitcher.
  • Pour cold filtered water over the ingredients and stir gently.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours or overnight to allow flavors to infuse.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy throughout the day.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best results. Let the mixture infuse for at least 2–4 hours or overnight for stronger flavor. Do not store longer than 24 hours. Avoid adding sugar to keep it low-calorie. You can add mint or berries for variation.
