Equipment

  • pitcher
  • knife
  • cutting board

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced)
  • 4-6 cups cold water
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the lemon and cucumber thoroughly.
  • Slice the lemon and cucumber into thin, even slices.
  • Add the slices to a large glass pitcher.
  • Pour in cold water until the pitcher is filled.
  • Let the mixture infuse for 10–15 minutes or refrigerate for 1–2 hours for stronger flavor.
  • Serve chilled with ice if desired.

Notes

Use fresh, thinly sliced ingredients for better flavor infusion. Let the water sit for at least 10–15 minutes, or refrigerate for 1–2 hours for stronger taste. Avoid over-infusing beyond 12–24 hours to prevent bitterness.
