  • large pitcher or jar
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 liter cold filtered water
  • 5-6 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 4-5 slices cucumber (optional)

Instructions

  • Wash the lemon and berries thoroughly under cold water.
  • Slice the lemon into thin rounds and cut strawberries in half if using.
  • Add lemon slices and berries to a large pitcher or jar.
  • Pour in cold filtered water to fill the pitcher.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or overnight for stronger flavor.
  • Serve chilled over ice and enjoy throughout the day.

Notes

For best flavor, refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours or overnight. Avoid infusing longer than 24 hours. You can reuse the fruits once, but flavor will be lighter. Add mint, cucumber, or ginger for variation.
