Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee (strong concentrate)
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  • Pour cold brew coffee into a glass filled with ice
  • Add MCT oil, heavy cream, and monk fruit sweetener
  • Stir vigorously until fully emulsified
  • Serve immediately over more ice

Notes

For best emulsification, use a shaker bottle with all ingredients and shake for 30 seconds
Monk fruit sweetener can be substituted with stevia or erythritol
Cold brew can be made 1-3 days in advance
