  • mixing bowl
  • measuring cups
  • spoon or whisk
  • container or mold
  • refrigerator

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1-2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • natural sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  • Add gelatin to cold water and let it sit for 2–3 minutes to bloom.
  • Pour in hot water and stir continuously until the gelatin fully dissolves.
  • Add lemon juice and optional sweetener, then mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a container or mold.
  • Place in the refrigerator and chill for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  • Cut into cubes or scoop into a bowl and serve.

Notes

Do not skip the blooming step to avoid clumps. Adjust lemon juice and sweetener to taste. For different textures, reduce gelatin for a drinkable version or increase slightly for gummies. Chill fully for best consistency and prepare in batches for convenience.
