Ingredients

(16 oz) ground beef
1½ cups water

tablespoons
taco seasoning (no alcohol)

canned tomato sauce

short pasta (penne or rotini)

low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, lime wedges
Instructions
Brown beef in Instant Pot on sauté function
Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta, broth
Close lid, set to pressure cook for 8 minutes
Allow natural release for 10 minutes
Stir thoroughly and serve warm
Notes
Use any short pasta (rotini, penne, orzo). Store leftovers refrigerated for 3 days. Can substitute ground turkey if preferred.
