Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs bite-sized beef (sirloin or flank steak)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions

Instructions

  • Sauté onions and carrots in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  • Add beef, stir to brown edges.
  • Stir in seasonings, broth, and soy sauce.
  • Seal Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
  • Quick-release pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Sahte ingredients briefly until tender and coated in sauce.
