2oz(59 ml) freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
4oz(118 ml) cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

Instructions
Brew 2 oz of strong coffee or espresso and let it cool to room temperature if possible.
Fill a tall glass halfway with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled espresso or coffee over the ice.
Top with cold milk, leaving a little room at the top.
