Ingredients

  • 2 shots (approx. 2 oz/60 mL) freshly brewed espresso
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) whole milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) cold milk foam
  • 1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew 2 shots of espresso
  • Add 1 cup (240 mL) ice cubes to a tall glass
  • Pour half-and-half (1/2 cup cold milk and 1/4 cup cold foam) over ice
  • Slowly drizzle caramel sauce across the surface
  • Pour hot espresso over the layered mixture to create marbling

Notes
