Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm filtered water (8–10 oz)
  • 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt (a pinch)

Instructions

  • Warm the water until it is comfortable to drink, not too hot.
  • Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to the warm water.
  • Stir well until the salt is completely dissolved.
  • Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes

Use only a small pinch of salt to avoid excess sodium intake. Best consumed in the morning on an empty stomach. You can add a splash of lemon juice for taste. Do not overuse—2–3 times per week is enough for most people.
