Instructions
Heat water until hot but not boiling and steep green tea for 2–3 minutes to keep the flavor smooth.
In a separate bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 3–5 minutes until softened.
Pour the warm green tea into the gelatin mixture and stir until completely dissolved.
Add optional sweetener or lemon juice and mix well to adjust flavor.
Pour the mixture into a container or molds and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
Cut into cubes or serve directly from the container and enjoy chilled.
Notes
Avoid over-steeping the tea to prevent bitterness. Stir gelatin thoroughly to avoid lumps. You can add lemon juice for brightness or skip sweeteners for a cleaner taste. Chill for at least 2–3 hours for best texture.
