Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water or herbal tea
  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • honey (optional)
  • lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  • Pour 2–3 tablespoons of cold water into a cup and sprinkle the gelatin evenly over it. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes to bloom.
  • Add the warm water or herbal tea to the bloomed gelatin.
  • Stir slowly and thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved and smooth.
  • Add optional honey or lemon juice if desired and mix well.
  • Drink immediately while warm for best texture and digestion.

Notes
