  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes.
  • Arrange frozen fish sticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Lightly spray with oil if desired for extra crispiness.
  • Cook at 400°F for 8–10 minutes.
  • Flip the fish sticks halfway through cooking (around 4–5 minutes).
