Ingredients

  • 2 cups rich eggnog
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (optional for texture)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  • Pour into chilled glasses
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg
