Equipment

  • blender
  • measuring cups
  • serving glass
  • spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit
  • 1 cup white grape or apple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried dragon fruit pieces (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the dragon fruit by using frozen pieces for the best texture. If using fresh, chill it beforehand.
  • Add the dragon fruit and fruit juice to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour in the coconut milk and blend briefly to create a creamy texture.
  • Taste the mixture and add honey or sugar if you prefer a sweeter drink.
  • Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  • Top with freeze-dried dragon fruit pieces or optional cold foam, then serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen dragon fruit for the best texture and vibrant color. Adjust sweetness with honey or sugar as needed. You can swap coconut milk with almond or oat milk. For a Starbucks-style version, add green tea for caffeine or top with cold foam.
