Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • optional lemon juice, berry extract, or herbal tea

Instructions

  • Bring 1 cup of water to a near boil.
  • Slowly sprinkle the gelatin into the hot water while stirring continuously.
  • Stir for 1–2 minutes until the gelatin fully dissolves and the mixture becomes clear.
  • Add 1 cup of cold water and optional flavoring, then mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl or cups and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until set.
  • Serve once firm. Enjoy before meals or as a light snack.

Notes
