Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp cold water (for blooming)
  • 1 cup hot water, tea, or coffee
  • 1–2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)

Instructions

  • Add 1 tablespoon of unflavored gelatin to a cup or bowl.
  • Pour in about 2 tablespoons of cold water and let it sit for 1 minute to bloom.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water, tea, or coffee.
  • Stir well until the gelatin is fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Add lemon juice or a small amount of honey if desired.
  • Drink immediately while warm, or refrigerate for 1–2 hours to create a soft gel texture.

Notes

Use high-quality unflavored gelatin for best results. You can mix it with tea, coffee, or warm water. Add lemon juice for freshness or a small amount of honey for taste. Drink it warm for quick use or chill it to create a light gel snack. Avoid adding too much sugar to maintain its weight management benefits.
