  • knife
  • cutting board
  • fine mesh strainer optional
  • pitcher or glass

Ingredients

  • 2 medium fresh cucumbers
  • 2–3 cups cold water
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or natural sweetener (optional)
  • 5–6 fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 4–5 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, peel if needed, and cut into small chunks.
  • Add the cucumber pieces to a blender along with cold water and lemon or lime juice.
  • Blend until smooth and fully combined.
  • Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Add sweetener and mint leaves if desired, then mix well.

Notes

Use fresh, firm cucumbers for the best flavor. Adjust lemon and sweetener gradually to balance taste. For a smoother texture, strain the drink. Serve chilled and consume within 24 hours for best freshness.
