  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  • Cook ziti according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix ziti with 2 cups marinara sauce, milk, and flour.
  • Layer ziti mixture in the crockpot.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Spread over ziti.
  • Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and Parmesan.

Notes

Pre-cooking ziti prevents mushy noodles.
Use a crockpot liner for easier cleanup.
Add garlic or spinach for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
