Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberry juice (100% pure)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup ginger syrup (see notes)
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves or lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Refrigerate all liquids for 30 minutes (optional for extra chill)
  • In a shaker, combine cranberry juice, lime juice, and ginger syrup
  • Strain into 4 glasses over ice
  • Top each with sparkling water and a garnish
  • Serve immediately

Notes

Ginger syrup: Simmer 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 2 grated ginger root (peeled) in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes until syrupy. Cool before use
For less tartness, add 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
Best served fresh; store leftover syrup in the fridge for up to 1 week
