Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mango
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water (optional)
  • 4 orange slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Combine coconut water, lime juice, pineapple juice, and ice in a blender
  • Blend until smooth and well-chilled
  • Pour into 4 glasses filled with ice
  • Top with sparkling water if using
  • Garnish with mint leaves and orange slices
  • Serve immediately for best carbonation

Notes

Substitute mango with 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Replace pineapple juice with orange juice
For extra fizz, add 1/2 cup chilled sparkling water
Store unused portion in a sealed container for up to 24 hours
