Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  • Add vanilla ice cream to the blender
  • Pour in chocolate syrup
  • Add cold milk and mint leaves
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  • Taste and add more chocolate syrup or mint if desired
  • Serve immediately in chilled glasses

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use less milk
Add extra mint leaves for a stronger mint flavor
Chill all ingredients beforehand for a colder milkshake
