Equipment

  • air fryer
  • mixing bowl
  • tongs
  • meat thermometer
  • paper towels

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or cooking spray
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and let it heat for 3–5 minutes.
  • Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels.
  • Lightly coat the chicken with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Place the chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a thermometer.
  • Let the chicken rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking. Flip halfway through for best texture. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. Let the chicken rest 2–3 minutes after cooking to retain juices. You can slightly increase cooking time for a crispier texture.
